How
long will my order take to ship?
The shipping timeframe is 10-15 business days for custom crystal jewelry/headpieces. If you need a more precise ship date, please email us at info@lauralyonsdesigns.com for a ship quote.
My
wedding is soon, how can I be sure my jewelry will arrive in time?
If
your wedding is less than three to four weeks away, you may select
the "rush" shipping method. This will insure that your
accessories will ship within 3-5 business days. There is an additional
charge for this service ($25.00). When selecting a shipping method, simply
select "rush shipping" upon checkout.
I am not sure what color to order
my bridesmaid jewelry in. Do you have any suggestions?
The best way to ensure you order
the best color match is to look at all the custom
colors we have available. Then, order crystal and/or pearl samples. These
samples are 10 cents each and ship for $1.95.
Do
you offer any other crystal colors in addition to the ones shown on
the website?
Yes,
we are usually able to obtain additional colors that are not shown
on our website. Please email us at info@serendipitytiaras.com with the color you are looking for. We will then email you pictures
of additional crystal colors you have to choose from. Please note
that not all crystal colors are available on all designs.
I'm
trying to order a necklace, but not all of the crystal colors are
listed when I customize the jewelry.
Only
the colors shown in the drop down menu when you go to customize your
jewelry are available for that particular design. Sometimes, we are
able to obtain additional colors. Please email us at info@lauralyonsdesigns.com if you like a particular design, but would like it a different
color. Most times we are able to accommodate you.
Can I order two tiaras, try them on, then return one of them?
Yes, however please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be incurred on the returned item and shipping fees are not refundable.
How
many bouquet stems should I order for my bridal bouquet?
Typically
brides order 10-12 for a small bouquet, and about 20 for a large
bouquet.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to just about everywhere for a flat fee of $29. International shipments can take 6-10 business days to arrive after the 2-3 week processing time. The transit time varies based on your country's customs processing. Please note that Canada shipments are taking longer than the 6-10 business days to arrive due to Canadian customs.
Do
you offer wholesale accounts/discounts?
Yes, we do offer wholesale accounts to qualified businesses and websites. We also offer a dropshipping program. All items shown on the
website are available for wholesale. Please refer to the retailers page for additional information.
