Shipping Timeframe

All jewelry is created at the time of purchase. Therefore, the shipping timeframe is 10-15 business days. Shipping transit time is in addition to this time.

We ship via UPS ground and USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

RUSH Shipping

If your wedding is within the next three weeks, we recommend selecting RUSH shipping as your shipping option when checking out. Rush orders ship out within 3-5 business days. Rush shipping orders ship via 2-day delivery. The fee for rush shipping is a flat rate of $33.95.

FREE Shipping

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is only valid customers in the US. Free shipping orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

International Orders

We gladly accept international orders and pretty much ship anywhere. The flat rate for international shipping is $29. International orders ship via USPS Global Express Mail, which is insured and has about a 5 business day transit time. Canada shipping is $19 and is shipped via UPS Global Standard with about a 5 business day transit time. Sometimes your package can get held up in customs, however, this typically only takes a couple of additional days. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We are required to indicate the contents and value of our international shipments on customs forms. Any import duties or VAT charges are additional costs, so please be aware of your country's importing laws. Typically, these fees are required upon receipt of the package.

Backorders

Occasionally, items are on backorder. If you purchase an item that is on backorder, you will be notified within 48 orders after your order has been placed. You will receive an email with the expected new shipping date. At that point, you will have the option of canceling your order, waiting until the item comes back into stock, or selecting another style.

Returns

All items, except custom orders(custom color jewelry other than clear crystals or white pearls) and earrings, may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receipt, minus a 25% re-stocking fee. Items must be in unused, unworn perfect condition. We inspect each package upon arrival.

We strongly recommend that you order crystal samples to be sure of the custom color you are choosing. We also recommend that you order a single item first before ordering in multiple quantities.  

Returns will not be accepted after your wedding date. We also do not refund custom order fees, rush order fees, or shipping fees. To request a refund simply follow the steps below:

    -email us at returns@serendipitytiaras.com and request a return authorization number and return address within 7 days of receipt

     -return shipment Serendipity Tiaras within 10 days of receipt

    -ship the package back in the original packaging (including all boxes, tags, and organza bags)

    -Please send packages to the following address: Serendipity Tiaras, 2118 Howell Mountain Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613

    Please note that without following these steps, we will not accept your return. We will not accept returns sent back to us in any type of envelope, even if it is padded.

    In the event that an item has arrived in damaged condition, we will cheerfully replace the item at our expense. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will make arrangements to have the package sent back and new identical item sent out to you. In some cases, we may require a photo of the damaged item.
